1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Mockup to Video, a website run by , ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Contact: .
2. What Mockup to Video does
Mockup to Video lets you make short videos from images you choose. The video is made by your own browser on your own computer. Your images are not uploaded to us, so we can't recover them, or a video, if you close the page.
3. Your account
You need an account to download videos. Keep access to your email address secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. One person per account. You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live.
4. Plans
Free
The Free plan lets you download a limited number of new videos each day, currently 2. The count resets at midnight UTC. Downloading a video you have already downloaded doesn't count again.
Pro
Pro is a monthly subscription with no daily download limit. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Pro then keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and your account goes back to Free.
We may change the Free limit or the Pro price. A price change never applies to a period you've already paid for, and we'll email Pro subscribers at least 30 days before it applies to them.
5. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms, linked from the checkout, also apply to your purchase.

6. Your images and videos
You keep all rights to your images and to the videos you make. Because your images never reach us, we claim no rights to them. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use the images you put into Mockup to Video, and for how you use the videos.
7. Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the service, and don't resell access to it. We may suspend an account that does.
8. Etsy
Mockup to Video is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. We build to Etsy's published video limits, but Etsy can change them or decide what it accepts, and we can't guarantee that Etsy will accept a video.
9. The service is provided as is
We work to keep Mockup to Video running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or work in every browser. We may change or stop features. If we ever close the service, we'll give Pro subscribers reasonable notice and stop charging them.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting it cancels any Pro subscription immediately.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and email account holders before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
