Before you pay
What counts as a video?
Downloading a new video. Making and previewing videos is always free, and downloading a video you already downloaded doesn't count again.
When does the free limit reset?
Every day at midnight UTC. That's 1 am in Ireland and the UK during summer time, and midnight in winter.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, at any time. Pro keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then your account goes back to Free.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle.com is our reseller and handles the payment, invoices and VAT. The charge on your statement comes from Paddle.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a payment if Pro didn't work out for you. See the refund policy.
Is my artwork uploaded when I pay?
No. Your images never leave your computer, on any plan.
