14-day refunds
If Pro isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of that payment. It doesn't matter how many videos you made.
How to ask
Email from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
We don't refund part-used months. You can cancel at any time on your account page, and Pro keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, with no further charges.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels Pro straight away. If you delete it within 14 days of a payment, you can still ask for a refund of that payment by email.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
