14-day refunds, no questions asked
If Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. No reason needed, no conditions, and it doesn't matter how many videos you made.
How to ask
Email hello@mockuptovideo.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on your account page. Pro keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments older than 14 days are outside the guarantee above, but if something has gone wrong, email me and I will sort it out.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels Pro straight away. If you delete it within 14 days of a payment, you can still ask for a refund of that payment by email.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
